We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations for the US and Canada.
- Manage all aspects of semimonthly payroll processing for the US and Canada.
- Oversee time and absence processing.
- Analyze variances in payroll data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee federal, state, and local tax information.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of payroll tax liabilities.
- Support year-end payroll activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist with various special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
