You are a payroll professional with knowledge of Spanish payroll? At SIXT, we are looking for a Payroll Support Coordinator to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across several countries, mainly Spain.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with main focus on Spanish Payroll
- You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
- You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve payroll issues
- You prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations
- You identify process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring 1+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in Spanish payroll processes and legislation
Education You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)
Language You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken
