Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, structure, and enrich internal and external data to build a comprehensive market view.
- Develop commercial intelligence and marketing dashboards to measure CAC, LTV, campaign ROI, conversions, market share, and pipeline velocity.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and service premiumization.
- Analyze strategies and competitive positioning against main players.
- Support the design and validation of new offerings.
- Actively participate in monthly commercial reviews and QBRs.
- Apply attribution models and predictive analysis to recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly executive reports and ad-hoc strategic briefs.
