Job Details
This role supports boutique fitness studios with strategy, customer journey, marketing, and metrics. Responsibilities include:
- Consulting Xplor Growth Satellite (STL) Customers on marketing, sales, and customer journey strategy.
- Providing strategic guidance and delivering ideas that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Building a consultative high-touch product with automated marketing strategies.
- Launching and implementing services with accountability.
- Applying SaaS and consulting knowledge to evolve STL.
- Addressing client needs and improving STL services.
- Executing new ideas to drive customer success and generate revenue.
Qualifications:
- Experience in studio marketing, operations, or the fitness industry.
- Passion for helping customers.
- Experience in service delivery using Xplor technologies or other software platforms.
- Ability to support the Emerging Technologies Team remotely.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Marketing Guru with ear to the ground on the latest digital marketing trends and tactics.
