You’ll join Budgetly as our Marketing and Growth Operations Manager as part of the Marketing team. Reporting into our CMO, this role plays a key part in driving business growth through demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and marketing automation.
This role is for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, learns quickly, and has experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech startups.

Some of the main responsibilities you’ll have:
- Develop and execute demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns to drive new and existing business growth.
- Design and build HubSpot nurture campaigns and workflows tailored to Industry and Buyer Personas.
- Build the automated workflows in Hubspot to support the Marketing, Sales, and Account Management processes
- Own the Growth Operations roadmap, project managing improvements and working across departments to prioritise initiatives.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align marketing efforts with sales and customer retention strategies.
- Analyse and report on marketing performance, ensuring all campaigns drive conversions and deliver a strong ROI.
- Maintain our CRM and provide accurate reporting for Marketing, Sales, and Product.
HubSpot expertise – Knowledge of Marketing and Sales Hub, campaign automation, and reporting.
Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyse performance data, optimise campaigns, and report on results.
Lead and sales process knowledge – Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and how to nurture leads effectively.
Digital marketing expertise – Hands-on experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and performance marketing.
Project management skills – Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally.
Tech-savvy and adaptable – Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, show curiosity in exploring tools, and adapt to evolving marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Ability to work across teams and present insights effectively.
Experience in SaaS or tech startups – Fast-paced, high-growth environment experience is ideal, FinTech would be a plus.
