We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing and Brand Strategy Manager to lead the BRCGS marketing team and take our brand to the next level.
You’ll design and implement high-impact marketing strategies that enhance our market presence, improve customer engagement, and position BRCGS as the global standard-setter in supply chain assurance. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing for LGC Assure, you’ll work closely with regional customers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is an opportunity to combine creativity, commercial thinking, and leadership in a role with global reach.
- Lead brand strategy and storytelling: Refine and evolve our brand narrative to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across every channel
- Develop integrated marketing plans: Drive multi-channel strategies to support growth, customer retention, and market expansion
- Own the go-to-market strategy: Create clear value propositions and launch plans for new and existing offerings
- Champion content and thought leadership: Lead content planning that builds credibility, supports the buyer journey, and elevates BRCGS as an industry voice
- Drive digital demand generation: Use data-driven techniques across SEO, paid media, content marketing, social and events to build pipeline
- Enhance customer lifecycle engagement: Create targeted campaigns, feedback loops and advocacy programmes that keep customers coming back
- Manage insight and market intelligence: Stay ahead of competitor trends and market shifts to inform decisions and marketing direction
- Monitor budget and performance metrics: Track success using return on investment analysis and reporting to support improvement
- Motivate and lead a diverse team: Manage and develop a team of marketers while working closely with our partners
A degree-level qualification (CIM Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on global or regional strategy Proven marketing experience in a TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) organisation within the food safety sector
- A strong background in integrated marketing: digital, campaign planning, creative execution, and analytics
- Experience leading teams, managing agencies, and overseeing complex multi-region budgets
- Confidence delivering strategic marketing communications and building impactful brand narratives
- A balance of data-driven thinking and creative intuition
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- The ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global organisation
