Full-Time Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support a multi-channel marketing strategy for North America.

Job Functions:

1. Maintain website, updating/adding content, implementing SEO, and tracking analytics.
2. Execute digital marketing campaigns, creating content, designing e-blasts, and tracking results.
3. Support webinars, seminars, sales and leadership meetings, and other corporate events.
4. Help establish and evaluate marketing strategy and plan.
5. Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team.
6. Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings, coordinating requirements, assignments, schedules, mailing lists, and contacts.
7. Seek new customer sources and recommend to leadership.
8. Execute marketing campaigns and special projects.
9. Ensure all marketing activities are accurate, timely, approved, and within budget.
10. Track performance metrics for all programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
