Full-Time Marketing and Communications Manager

• Key Responsibilities
• Marketing & Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. Ensure consistent messaging and brand presence.
• Communications & Public Relations: Draft press releases, case studies, newsletters, blog posts, and executive communications.
• Content Creation & Capture: Capture event photos, short-form videos, and testimonials. Edit content for use on social media and digital campaigns.
• Event & Partner Support: Coordinate marketing presence at conferences and client events. Support development of partner support materials.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, media mentions, and engagement metrics. Provide insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools.
• Experience managing and updating content on CMS platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Background in higher education, EdTech, or SaaS marketing.
