Full-Time Marketing Assistant

• Generate email campaigns, including building and deploying campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to proof marketing copy for promotion of products and services on website, emails, and social networking sites.
• Collect, draft, and schedule social media posts with input from Marketing Managers.
• Monitor responses to social media conversations about AIP Publishing and our projects/products.
• Use campaign results to recommend enhancements to copy, design, and targeting for greater marketing impact.
• Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and key vendors, ensuring the efficiency of output and the quality of campaigns.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and schedules.
• Analyze email, social media channels, and web traffic.
• Identify gaps in workflows and recommend improvements.
• Attend strategic meetings and trainings as required, including occasional travel.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At minimum 1 year’s work experience in a role focused on digital marketing.
• Experience working with social media platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Sprout Social, etc.) required.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
