Full-Time Marketing Automation Specialist

Marketing Automation Specialist is a critical member of the global Marketing Operations team, responsible for executing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data hygiene efforts for clean, actionable, compliant data within marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance best practices (deduplication, normalization, validation).
• Monitor compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
• Develop and manage processes for accurate segmentation, reporting, and attribution.
• Manage and maintain marketing automation platform (Pardot).
• Create and manage forms to capture lead information.
• Execute email campaigns (A/B testing, personalization).
• Conduct regular platform data and process audits and cleanups.
• Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and governance policies.
• Implement requested changes to lead routing rules.
• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, nurturing programs.
• Segment audiences for personalized messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize Pardot workflows.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, and joining multiple data sources.
• Stay up-to-date on marketing automation trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles.
• Conduct training sessions on data governance, platform best practices, and compliance standards.
• Maintain and expand a knowledge base of best practices and troubleshooting tips.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Proficiency in email marketing best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills for campaign performance measurement.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team.
• SQL skills preferred.
