We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance lead generation, nurture campaigns, and engage customers via automation strategies. This role is key for driving sustainable energy solutions and improving market presence.
As the in-house HubSpot expert, you'll handle CRM, email marketing, audience segmentation, reporting, and workflow optimization. You'll also integrate external lead sources (e.g., association websites) into HubSpot.
A key aspect is repurposing existing content for tailored campaigns to engage specific segments, particularly cold leads. This increases brand awareness and nurtures sales-ready leads.
Success measures include leveraging automation tools, generating insights, running strategic campaigns, and refining marketing operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows, CRM strategies, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Execute targeted email marketing, audience segmentation, and contact list management.
- Generate and analyze reports/dashboards, using HubSpot data for strategic decisions.
- Integrate external lead sources into HubSpot (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, association websites) using tools like Zapier & ZoomInfo.
- Repackage and distribute content for targeted segments.
- Ensure data integrity and a high-quality contact database.
- Collaborate with marketing/business development for alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing automation and CRM management.
- Proven HubSpot expertise (workflow automation, campaign tracking).
- Success with email marketing, audience segmentation, and contact list management.
- Strong analytical skills (reporting, dashboard creation, insights).
- Experience integrating LinkedIn Ads and external campaigns into HubSpot.
- Proficiency with tools like Zapier & ZoomInfo for lead integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of lead scoring and advanced segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and integration.
- Interest in AI tools for marketing automation.
- Experience managing large contact databases and maintaining data integrity.
