Campaign Developer
As a Campaign Developer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns. You'll use your strong SQL skills and understanding of audience management to create and optimize segmentation strategies. Your work will involve querying large relational databases, building campaign workflows, and monitoring performance to ensure effectiveness.
While a deep knowledge of Python isn't required, familiarity with it will be helpful for light automation or data processing.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail to deliver impactful and scalable campaign solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using structured audience data.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization strategies through data analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Document campaign logic, data flows, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across campaign operations.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational database systems.
- Solid understanding of audience management and campaign execution processes.
- Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or openness to learning for automation tasks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication.
