Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator within the Teacher Education Ecosystem at Colibri. The Marketing Coordinator works with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement the day-to-day marketing strategy for our B2C/B2B marketing to reach departmental goals while completing our mission to lead people to achieve more, adapt and thrive in their careers.

What You'll Do

• Implement and manage the day-to-day execution of B2C/B2B marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies
• Support the execution of creative assets for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategies and collateral for partners, agencies, contractors, and sales teams
• Build and schedule emails and SMS for various audiences within HubSpot
• Review referral and affiliate conversions for payment processing
• Manage relationships with existing partners, onboard new partners, and work with internal and external teams to support their growth and success
• Maintain a shared drive of assets and collateral for internal and external stakeholders
• Build and publish Zoom events on our website and integrate with HubSpot
• Provide general support for paid advertising, website maintenance and internal communications
• QA agency and contractor deliverables
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication
• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Some understanding of B2C and B2B marketing best practices
• Exceptional clear written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience
• Experience working with HubSpot, WordPress, and PMS
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Positive, can-do attitude with ability to problem solve
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
