This role involves assisting with partner relationship management, coordinating Channel partner marketing activities, creating supportive content for partner engagement, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure successful joint marketing efforts with partners.
Key Responsibilities and Outputs
- Market Insight and Research: Assist in gathering and analyzing industry and market data, partner needs, and competitive information. Support the team in conducting surveys and compiling feedback to inform partner marketing strategies.
- Partner Campaign Support: Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials and toolkits, ensuring alignment with partner needs and Global brand guidelines. Coordinate and distribute the partner newsletter, keeping partners informed of the latest marketing toolkits, news and information to support their requirements and improve engagement.
- Alliance and Sales Collaboration: Work with the Alliances and Channel Partner sales team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with Alliance and Partner business objectives. Provide teams with necessary collateral and information to support their efforts.
- Data Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and partner feedback for the marketing team.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely execution of marketing activities. Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenditures. Help manage partner databases and support partner engagement initiatives.
