Full-Time Marketing Coordinator – US Remote

As the newest team member, you'll play a key role in bringing our story to life and driving results across campaigns, content, and operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience, or a solid internship, in a marketing coordinator role, preferably with a SaaS platform company.
• Passion for execution.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Embody the ideals of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
• Developing impactful marketing content (email copy, social media, guides, presentations).
• Managing and enhancing marketing activities in HubSpot (campaigns, tracking, workflows).
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights for future strategies.
• Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success for alignment and results.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
