Full-Time Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including strategic planning, brand development, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Lead campaigns that target different stages of the buyer's journey
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and sales collateral
• Develop and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
• Work closely with the sales team to develop lead nurturing campaigns
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate with the product development team
• Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts
• Align marketing and sales initiatives
• Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of driving growth through lead generation and marketing campaigns.
