Full-Time Marketing Director, EMEA

• Field Marketing & Events: Plan, organize, and execute all EMEA trade shows, industry events, and Redzone-hosted customer events.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies and campaigns to engage key accounts and drive pipeline generation in partnership with the EMEA sales team.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various digital channels to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in EMEA.
• Content & Localization: Work with the EMEA team, EMEA partners and relevant analysts to create local EMEA case studies, customers videos and whitepapers that are relevant to EMEA core markets including the UK, Germany, France and the Middle East. Manage the localization of global marketing content.
• Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligned with global marketing objectives and regional sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on the EMEA market and B2B software/SaaS.
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Proven track record of success in field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing (PPC).
• Strong experience in planning and executing trade shows and customer events.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are highly desirable. Fluency in German or French is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region (on average about 25% or more).
