Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director for EMEA to lead our brand and revenue generation efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on field marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and digital initiatives to drive significant pipeline and revenue growth in the EMEA segment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building strong relationships with sales teams and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Field Marketing & Events: Plan, organize, and execute all EMEA trade shows, industry events, and Redzone-hosted customer events.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies and campaigns to engage key accounts and drive pipeline generation in partnership with the EMEA sales team.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various digital channels to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness in EMEA.
- Content & Localization: Work with the EMEA team, EMEA partners and relevant analysts to create local EMEA case studies, customers videos and whitepapers.
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligned with global marketing objectives and regional sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on the EMEA market and B2B software/SaaS.
- Proven track record of success in field marketing, ABM, and digital marketing (PPC).
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region (on average about 25% or more).
