Marketing Events Coordinator

Supports the execution of company events, driving brand engagement.

Focuses on event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for in-person events and virtual webinar events.

Will support Event Managers and handle work for multiple brands. Some travel may be required.

Areas of Accountability

• Timely and accurate coordination of event logistics and deliverables
• Meeting deadlines for materials, setup, and communication
• Efficient vendor coordination and relationship management
• Maintaining accuracy in budget tracking and reporting
• Tracking event timelines and coordinating deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
• Helping track event budgets and monitor expenses to stay within approved limits
• Handling administrative duties, such as maintaining registration lists and creating post-event reports
• Marketing webinar production (platform setup, hosting, reporting, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Internship or work experience in event coordination or marketing
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies related to events
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello or Asana)
• Experience with live webinar production (Livestorm experience beneficial, but not required)
