Job Details
We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our energetic marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events helping us deliver experiences that drive engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually.
- Coordinate logistics for a range of events.
- Support event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planning.
- Organise and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assets.
- Manage vendor communication and process invoices and payments.
- Maintain project timelines using Monday.com.
- Assist with webinar setup and delivery using platforms like Zoom.
- Support lead capture, data upload, and post-event performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
