Job Details
We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events helping us deliver experiences that drive engagement and pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn and grow in event marketing.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of events
- Coordinate logistics for events
- Support event registration and attendee communications
- Organise and ship marketing materials
- Manage vendor communication and process invoices
- Maintain project timelines
- Assist with webinar setup and delivery
- Support lead capture and post-event performance reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
- Knowledge of event industry trends
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Quarterly travel required
