Full-Time Marketing Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to run the day-to-day delivery of our marketing calendar. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and marketing ops. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a mid-level marketer who loves getting things done and producing content that connects.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar, driving monthly activity across newsletters, LinkedIn, and events
• Write and edit content including case studies, newsletters, event invites, and sales decks
• Design marketing assets using Canva or similar tools
• Coordinate event logistics, manage attendee comms, and create branded takeaways
• Run LinkedIn ad campaigns, including setup, asset creation, and performance tracking
• Manage CRM hygiene, tag leads, support follow-up processes, and track campaign delivery
• Help gather customer insights from events, team conversations, and feedback tools
• Manage government panel and partner channels, including admin, profile management, and compliance

About You

You’re someone who gets a buzz from making things happen. You love seeing a campaign through from idea to execution and take pride in producing work that’s both polished and purposeful. You're organised, creative, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks across content, design, and logistics. You care deeply about the details, the message, and the people you’re working with.

• 3–5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong writing skills, clear, confident and on-brand
• Solid design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email tools (e.g. Mailchimp), and CRMs like HubSpot
• Proactive communication and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow
