• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or fundraising.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience in creative writing and content development.
• Commitment to human rights and LGBTQ+ youth.

• Experience in civil society organizations or sales.
