Your Role: Drive Molecule's brand positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy. Key role in launching new IP products and positioning Molecule as a thought leader in DeSci and biotech.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute Molecule's positioning, branding, and narrative strategy for upcoming product launches. Work closely with the product team.
- Create narrative and GTM strategy for Molecule's IP protocol. Lead execution of campaigns.
- Establish Molecule as a thought leader in DeSci and biotech. Manage PR and partnerships.
- Foster relationships with the DeSci community, researchers, investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Oversee brand integrity and navigate sensitive messaging.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies in complex, fast-evolving sectors.
- 8+ years in marketing, preferably in startups or emerging industries.
- Expertise in product launches, brand repositioning, and communication in tech or science.
- Strong teamwork, partnership development, crisis management, and community engagement.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies, biotech, DeSci and DeFi.
