You’ll join Budgetly as our Marketing and Growth Operations Manager as part of the Marketing team. Reporting into our CMO, this role plays a key part in driving business growth through demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, and marketing automation.
This role is for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, learns quickly, and has experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech startups. If you’re passionate about optimising marketing processes, leveraging data to drive growth, and working cross-functionally to scale a high-growth company, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns to drive new and existing business growth.
- Design and build HubSpot nurture campaigns and workflows tailored to Industry and Buyer Personas.
- Build automated workflows in Hubspot to support the Marketing, Sales, and Account Management processes.
- Own the Growth Operations roadmap, project managing improvements and working across departments to prioritize initiatives.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align marketing efforts with sales and customer retention strategies.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, ensuring all campaigns drive conversions and deliver a strong ROI.
- Maintain our CRM and ensure accurate reporting.
