Job Details
Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies.
Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution.
- Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders.
- Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems).
- Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices.
Forecasting and scenario modeling: Develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results.
Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.).
- Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing.
- Experience preparing reports for top management/board level.
- Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
Nice to have:
- Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics.
- Experience in building automated reports.
