What you will be doing as our Marketing Lead:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and campaign planning across various channels. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Plan, supervise and execute digital marketing campaigns. Create marketing plans that help to sell products and create digital awareness. Develop content for social media platforms. Create and manage the development of email newsletters and marketing campaigns. Provide technical and content audits including keyword research and search engines. Coordinate, create and track website experience when customers visit the company website. Develop goals and objectives to ensure marketing plans are data-driven. Work within analytical tools to monitor, analyze, refine and identify opportunities. Monitor and track online search engines and the effects their changes have on marketing.
- Field Marketing Execution: Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, and local activations. Build relationships with our partners, customers, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence. Coordinate on-site promotions, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activities. Gather feedback and insights from field activities to inform future strategies.
- Collaboration and Team Management: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals. Oversee and mentor junior marketing team members or external agencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
So, how do we know that’s you?
- You have The ideal combination of education and experience. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years in marketing in the technology industry.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills. You can present ideas and information in influential and compelling ways.
- The relationship-building finesse. You know how to work with internal and external clients at any level.
- You have experience with Wordpress, the MS Office suite of products and preferably the Adobe suite as well.
- You have expertise in SEO with Google AdWords and using Google Analytics to generate web metrics and digital analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software such as Marketo or Pardot is an asset.
