We seek a visionary Marketing Lead to elevate our brand and craft marketing strategies for diverse audiences (developers, enterprise clients).
What we'll do together:
- Develop marketing strategies enhancing Flow Blockchain awareness across various channels (digital, social, events).
- Analyze market trends in the blockchain industry, analyzing competitors and dynamics.
- Drive brand awareness and thought leadership in blockchain, ensuring messaging resonates.
- Design and manage impactful campaigns from start to finish, measuring effectiveness and adapting.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Use metrics and analytics to track performance and refine tactics.
- Supervise creation of engaging content explaining Flow Blockchain benefits, use cases, and developer resources.
- Engage with community members, partners, and influencers.
About you:
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting clear, persuasive messages.
- Experience in blockchain or fintech, understanding of technologies and trends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
