Role Overview: Seeking a passionate Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. You'll share our partner company's mission with the right audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and manage educational and promotional content (blogs, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, etc.). Focus on SEO-optimized website content and engaging social media graphics and videos.
- Create social media content tailored for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Using founders’ LinkedIn to create organic content and KOL posts.
- Graphics creation for social media, from static to carousel-type graphics.
- General video editing knowledge for repurposing existing videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure brand consistency.
Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build relationships with industry influencers, potential partners, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities To Be Gained (Growth Potential):
- SEO & Web Performance Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website/blog content for search engines. Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track key marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
- Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage current users. Assist in paid ad campaign execution (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Track and optimize conversion rates across marketing funnels.
Week 1 Ownership: Review existing marketing materials, website, and messaging. Manage social media channels and create initial content. Set up email marketing sequences. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO and website performance tracking tools.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in healthcare technology, AI, or SaaS marketing.
- Experience with B2B marketing and demand generation.
- Working knowledge of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Self-starter, communicative, proactive, and independent.
- Creative, strategic, data-driven, organized, and adaptable.
