About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to elevate a brand with global weight.

What You Will Do:

• Own day-to-day execution of marketing strategy across email, automation, landing pages, and funnel performance.
• Use Marketo and Salesforce to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
• Leverage SendGrid and newsletter infrastructure to extend reach.
• Collaborate with research, editorial, and sales to drive conversion-oriented campaigns.
• Lead micro-campaigns for new product rollouts and enterprise GTM support.
• Identify high-leverage growth opportunities and act on them.
• Ensure consistent brand elevation across every touchpoint.
• Act as the internal air traffic controller for messaging and marketing operations.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience in media, SaaS, fintech, or crypto.
• Expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and SendGrid.
• A crypto native or fluent understanding of the culture and players.
• Obsessed with making marketing work.
• Scrappy, smart, and surgical approach to marketing.
• Comfortable operating independently.
• Understanding of storytelling and driving to a CTA.
• Experience with segmentation, nurture flows, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.

Bonus:

• Experience supporting multiple revenue lines.
• Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and paid distribution.
• Familiarity with web3 communities and distribution channels.
• Ability to write and edit content.
