Build and execute marketing initiatives for growing awareness, demand, and sales opportunities.

• Run paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns supporting account-based marketing (ABM).
• Develop and execute content strategy; identify platform-specific content needs (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
• Reach Ably's target audience (technical ICP) through paid placements, partnerships, and content distribution.
• Create compelling copy for various channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email).
• Use marketing data to analyze campaign effectiveness, run experiments, and optimize for better results.
• Manage Ably events from start to finish; secure speakers, promote events, maximize impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage events and distribute content to target audiences.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience running LinkedIn campaigns (paid & organic) for ABM and demand generation.
• Content creation and copywriting for LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
• Customer-focused mindset, leveraging insights to create engaging content.
• Experience in content distribution strategies, including sponsored placements and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
• Experience running experiments, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing external contractors.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Asana).
• Understanding of SEO for organic growth.
• Experience with technical personas and developer-focused marketing.
