Abstraction is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the studio’s external voice and grow brand presence on the global stage. You'll define and drive marketing strategy, ensuring Abstraction is recognized as a trusted partner for AAA game co-development.
Responsibilities:

- Shape and Strengthen Brand: Define Abstraction’s brand positioning.
- Build and Lead Campaigns: Collaborate with Business Development to generate leads and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Data & Reporting: Present campaign insights and recommendations.
- Amplify Industry Brand: Build awareness through conferences, press, and partnerships.
- Oversee Agency Partnerships: Manage external marketing, PR, and creative agencies.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, ideally in games.
- Understanding the game industry ecosystem.
- Experience defining and leading multi-platform campaigns.
- Track record of experience in brand positioning and leading external marketing strategies.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience in using marketing analytics tools.
- An autonomous job within a professional and informally organized company.
