Job Details

Prepare pre-opening budget and plan soft opening, grand opening activities and budget accordingly.

Strategic marketing planning for Pre-Opening and post opening of hotel.

Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of the hotel.

Conduct market research to identify trends, guests preferences, and competitive positioning.

Brand development and positioning

Define and maintain the Pullman brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Develop and articulate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with the target audience.

Digital marketing campaigns

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.

Content creation and storytelling

Lead content creation efforts, developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms.

Craft compelling narratives that showcase the unique offerings and experiences provided by Pullman Ninh Binh

Collaboration with sales teams

Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Develop marketing collateral and materials that support sales efforts, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Public relations and media relations

Manage public relations strategies to enhance the establishment’s visibility and reputation.

Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage.

Event marketing

Plan and execute marketing strategies for events, promotions, and special packages offered by the establishment.

Coordinate with event planners and other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Customer relationship management (CRM)

Implement CRM systems to gather and analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.

Personalize marketing communications to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Budget management

Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and seek cost-effective marketing solutions.

Market expansion strategies

Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies for entering new geographic locations or demographic segments.

Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments for potential growth areas.

Competitor analysis

Stay informed about competitors’ marketing strategies, pricing, and promotions.

Adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Crisis communication

Develop crisis communication plans to address potential PR challenges or negative publicity.

Respond promptly and effectively to mitigate the impact of crises on the establishment’s reputation.

We require…

8 years of relevant digital marketing/marketing, creative strategy and/or content management experience is preferred.

Pullman Ninh Binh a 283 rooms hotel and located in the heart of Ninh Binh city.

An upmarket Food and Beverage offerings with 3 Restaurants and 3 Bars and large meeting and events space. 2 swimming pool and large landscape.

Food Connexion an All Day Dining experience live cooking from our talented Chefs from around the world, located on the Lobby level and complimented with an outdoor and indoor seating overlooking the Atrium and lavish external landscape, with pizza baked together at the live kitchen gives Food Connexxion a place to be with family and friends.

On the 27th floor we offer an innovative two in one concept of Cantonese cuisine and Mad Cow - Wine and Grill a signature Pullman steak restaurant.
