Summary: The Marketing Manager (mid-level) will demonstrate proven track record in creating and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, strong understanding of market trends, ability to analyze and leverage data for decision-making. In this position, you will play key role in shaping brand, driving leads, expanding market reach, and ensuring overall success of marketing efforts.
Major Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Campaign Management: Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee creation of compelling content and creative assets for campaigns.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and report on ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure unified approach.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in marketing
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related field
- Experience with digital marketing, event strategy, execution, and project management
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, SOCIAL MEDIA, PAID ADS, and email marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze marketing metrics and derive actionable insights
