Our client powers a demand-side platform for CTV campaigns reaching highly targeted audiences.
Purpose built in 2017 by ad tech professionals, our client empowers advertisers and agencies with reach, performance, and transparency. Based in the US, they have over 300 direct relationships with streaming app providers.
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead key initiatives, driving awareness and demand through strategic campaigns, event marketing, and compelling content.
This role requires a hands-on, high-energy marketer with experience in event planning, campaign execution, content creation, and field marketing, thriving in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, regional events, trade shows, and conferences. Manage logistics, sponsorships, speaker engagements, and post-event follow-ups. Track and analyze event ROI, optimizing for future events.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and paid media) to generate demand and nurture leads. Collaborate with sales and product teams for campaign alignment. Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing automation workflows, and optimize lead nurturing sequences. Serve as marketing subject matter expert for HubSpot, maintaining and optimizing the platform.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content marketing efforts (blogs, case studies, white papers, thought leadership pieces). Funnel customer feedback into messaging. Create engaging email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ad copy. Oversee marketing videos, graphics, and other visual content. Maintain brand consistency and high-quality content output. Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
- Other: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and storytelling. Support broader marketing initiatives as needed. Administer promotional merchandise and giveaways.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or ad tech preferred)
- Proven experience in event planning, campaign execution, and content creation
- Strong writing skills for compelling marketing materials
- Proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, social media, and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress)
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Data-driven mindset with campaign and content performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage up
- Ability to find creative solutions in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance
- Strong teamwork and project management skills
- High work ethic and autonomous operation
