Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on demand generation. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will manage the demand generation funnel, optimize our CRM systems, enhance our reporting and collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies across digital marketing channels, including paid media, email, Intent data platforms, content, SEO/SEM, and webinars.
- Work with the VP of Marketing to refine the customer acquisition strategy and measurement across 4 different ICPs.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and effective campaign execution.
- Drive the creation of multi-channel lead generation campaigns that support sales targets and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance current lead scoring models and ensure proper lead handoff and nurturing through the CRM.
- Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Review, enhance and develop reporting dashboards to track KPIs and provide insights on lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and serve as the main point of contact for demand generation tools and third-party vendors.
- Ensure the CRM system is integrated with marketing automation tools for seamless campaign execution and data flow.
- Stay updated on new AI technology to increase performance, automation, speed, and personalization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and CRM management
- Advanced skills in data analytics, G-suite, and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with intent data tools and AI B2B tools a plus
- Demonstrated advanced experience effectively collaborating and communicating with direct and indirect team members via video and other digital tools within a remote work environment to perform job responsibilities.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Benefits: Compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, budget, market demand, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
