Full-Time Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager role to help with next stage of growth.

Location: Melbourne, VIC with remote work opportunity.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will contribute to and execute marketing strategies, requiring creative and strategic thinking to drive marketing efforts in B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Lumin's products and services (B2B and B2C).
• Manage marketing and communication assets (website).
• Drive marketing efforts (website, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, landing pages, eCommerce).
• Manage trade and affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with executive and sales teams for alignment.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication.
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years experience in marketing with campaign management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (social media, email, SEO).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Budgeting and financial planning experience.
• Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Creative problem-solving and adapting to market changes.
• Brand management and content creation experience.
