Full-Time Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that support lead generation and client acquisition.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, and content).
• Oversee content creation and messaging to align with international brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support conversion goals.
• Analyse marketing metrics and campaign performance, delivering reports with actionable insights.
• Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and budget allocations.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign direction.
• Coordinate with UK-based stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B or international clients.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Bonus: Recruitment industry experience or exposure to talent marketing.
