What Will You Do? As a Marketing Manager at Smartpricing, focus on international markets, play a key role in driving growth across these regions. Develop and execute marketing strategies across products, focusing on lead generation, revenue growth, and client acquisition. Responsibilities include:
- Lead generation and revenue growth: drive the generation of MQLs and contribute to revenue growth in international markets, ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads to support sales.
- Market and product mastery: develop a strong understanding of the market, products, and customer journey to design aligned and innovative marketing strategies.
- Channel experimentation and optimization: experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, continuously optimizing for effectiveness to meet OKRs and improve team operations.
- Innovation and creativity: stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies and creatively engage target audiences.
- Project leadership and management: lead marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and successful execution within budget and objectives.
- Performance analysis and improvement: analyze marketing performance data, gain insights, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and leverage external partnerships.
What Are We Looking For?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or startups/scale-ups.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong skills in market research and analysis.
- Experience in project management and budget management.
- Expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content, including ads, emails, and web content.
- Ability to create compelling content and manage creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- English - native speaker
- German speaking (not essential)
