Full-Time Marketing Manager

Join our Leisure and Recreation team where you’ll lead marketing efforts for our leisure management platform, Legend.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans.

• Developing and leading marketing strategy: Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Legend.
• Creating go-to-market plans: Drive innovative and effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Executing integrated campaigns: Design and deliver impactful internal and external campaigns.
• Driving performance and improvement: Apply best practices to optimise campaign success.
• Measuring impact: Take ownership of campaign performance.
• Collaborating across teams: Work closely with global marketing colleagues.
• Managing project delivery: Coordinate deliverables by prioritising tasks and timelines.
• Acting as Product Marketing expert: Serve as the go-to marketing lead for Legend.
• Contributing to the broader brand: Play an active role in elevating the overall Xplor brand.

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth organisations.
• 5+ years in a growth marketing or product marketing/management role within a B2B context.
• A proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Deep experience in market segmentation and targeted campaigns.
• A self-motivated, proactive mindset.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A flexible, adaptable attitude.
