Full-Time Marketing Manager - Content

• Define and lead Dan Murphy's content marketing strategy.
• Develop and execute social media and influencer strategy.
• Manage content marketing and creative production specialists.
• Oversee brand voice, tone, and visual experience.
• Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing & Content.
• Engage stakeholders for effective content strategy execution.
• Partner with Merchandise to promote NPD and trend leadership.
• Oversee social, influencer, and Dan’s Daily editorial content.
• Oversee our social advocacy program.
• Partner with Mixin to develop commercialisation strategy.
• Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Manage external content and social agencies and partners.
• Manage and forecast the content marketing team budget.
• Attendance of photoshoots and providing direction.
• Identify digital and cultural trends and insights.
• Manage weekly and monthly reporting to Marketing Leadership Team.
• Optimize content using social media analytics, SEO, Google Analytics.
• Lead and inspire the team by role-modeling Endeavour Ways of Working and Values.
• Empower the team to work end-to-end.
• Develop talent pipelines and future leaders.

Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years experience in content marketing and social media.
• Degree Qualified in a relevant field.
• Strong digital marketing skill set.
• Proven experience in people leadership.
• Creative flair combined with strategy.
• Proven ability to develop strategy.
