Full-Time Marketing Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Services team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for marketing, superior customer experience and entrepreneurship.

You will manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate with internal teams for outstanding web marketing results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the web marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns ensuring client objectives and deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for web marketing queries and concerns.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements and execute content strategy.
• Monitor and improve online content aligned with SEO insights, digital KPIs and UX requirements.
• Present detailed performance reports to clients highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background and expertise in digital marketing channels.
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management for marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
