As a Marketing Executive, you’ll help plan and execute integrated campaigns, run the digital engine behind our events, keep our automations and reporting sharp, and partner closely with Sales to turn interest into measurable pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help deliver our integrated marketing plan to drive qualified leads.
- Support the digital delivery of our event programme.
- Work with the team to deliver and optimise digital campaigns.
- Partner with Sales and Leadership to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales processes.
- Support the integration of marketing and sales systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to break down silos.
- Own the set‑up, execution, and optimisation of marketing automations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance.
- Keep website content accurate, relevant, and optimised for lead generation and SEO.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, data accuracy, and lead management processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role (in a B2B services environment would be preferable)
- Experience with marketing automation software such as Hubspot, sales enrichment software such as Clay, and other automation tools such as Zapier.
- An effective communicator and a team player
- Keen to learn new things and continually develop and grow
- Analytical approach – good with numbers
- Autonomous – able to manage own workload, strong project management
- Good attention to detail
