Full-Time Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview: We seek a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team in India.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Technology Management: Manage the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring seamless integration.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements for lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Lead Management: Optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
• Campaign Operations: Support campaign execution (email marketing, webinars, etc.).
• Budget Management: Track marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure marketing activities comply with regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams (sales, product) to align marketing efforts.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors.
• Documentation & Training: Create documentation and provide training to team members.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong familiarity with data and marketing automation platforms.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis tools proficiency.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience with lead management and various marketing channels.
• Experience with intent data platforms and attribution modeling is a plus.
