About the Role: The Marketing Operations Manager is the force multiplier of the marketing team. Your mission is to orchestrate the many moving parts of marketing into a cohesive force, enabling each member of your team to accomplish their goals through the 3 P’s of marketing operations. You will essentially create a marketing machine.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the Marketing tech stack and budget: Assess, procure, and manage all marketing tech and vendors.
• Analytics, Reporting, Dashboarding: Build reports and dashboards to measure key metrics for stakeholders.
• Be the Bridge to GTM: Partner with Sales, RevOps, CS, and Finance to ensure alignment in targeting, measuring, and responding.
• Create Scalable Processes and Frameworks: Enable the team to go faster by creating and adjusting processes with scalability in mind.
