As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will own and manage the systems, processes, and data infrastructure powering the marketing engine. This includes managing marketing automation platform workflows, CRM campaigns, data enrichment workflows, lead routing, campaign attribution, reporting dashboards, and cross-platform integrations.
Reports to: VP of Revenue Operations
Works closely with: Marketing
Owns all operational elements of Marketing while supporting data and workflow needs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will protect the integrity of data and campaign structure enabling global marketers.
Impact: Helps build and optimize data and automation systems to drive the marketing engine.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automated workflows across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Partner with Revenue Operations for seamless lead handoff and campaign tracking
- Ensure data quality and consistency (lead enrichment, deduplication, routing)
- Transform go-to-market strategies into scalable operational processes and reporting dashboards
Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years managing marketing operations with demonstrable data quality improvements and process optimization
- Advocate for operational excellence across functions
- Internalizes business goals to build scalable systems
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Ortto)
- Proficient in Clay and lead enrichment tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce campaign management, lead routing, and attribution reporting
- Experience with deduplication and routing tools (RingLead or similar), implementing data hygiene best practices
- Leverage AI tools for lead scoring, buying signals, and workflow automation
- (Bonus) Experience with ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, Webflow, paid campaign tracking, Outreach, Gong, ABM platforms
