The Role: As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll deliver OneOne's value proposition through elegant, relevant, and targeted communications. Your role impacts OneOne's vision by building and deploying campaigns to drive customer engagement, supporting the product roadmap, and communicating new product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Constructing marketing and transactional communications
- Coding and launching emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and text messages
- Measuring campaign success with the Analytics team
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Ideating and implementing efficiencies and automated solutions
- Improving and enhancing processes and the MarTech stack
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS development
- Experience with marketing campaign tools (Braze or similar)
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience with Branch and Segment (preferred)
- Act-like-an-owner mentality
- Desire and ability to create, review, and deploy beautiful messaging
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
