Promenade is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support sales, marketing, and customer onboarding teams. This role drives efficiency, insights, and operational excellence across the Marketing team, scaling lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve marketing systems and processes.
- Build and manage reporting dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to build forecasting models.
- Maintain and optimize Pardot and Salesforce.
- Implement new tools to improve lead quality and marketing productivity.
- Develop standard operating procedures.
- Support new growth initiatives by creating measurement infrastructure.
- Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot issues.
- Lead or support cross-functional data projects.
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 2-3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Strategy.
- High Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Pardot.
- Understand attribution, funnel stages, and campaign tagging.
- High Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Know how to translate business questions into dashboards.
- Are a proactive problem-solver.
