Job Details
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can be the driving force behind our inbound engine. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between marketing, sales, systems, and analytics.
You’ll work side-by-side with RevOps, BI, and Sales to keep our systems tightly integrated, our campaigns conversion-focused, and our KPIs tied to what really matters: growth.
As the right hand to our VP of Marketing, you’ll turn bold strategies into flawless operations that fuel the pipeline and power our next stage of success.
What You'll Do
- Inbound Engine Ownership: Own the inbound lead gen process end-to-end, from form fill to SQL, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows. Partner with RevOps to ensure SDR visibility and accountability on MQL/SQL follow-up.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Own the MAP (Hubspot, Pardot, or equivalent) and its integration with SFDC, ensuring smooth connection to the RevOps architecture. Collaborate with the RevOps Systems Manager to maintain a clean, scalable, cost-efficient tech stack.
- Campaign Execution & Governance: Translate marketing strategy into campaigns Sales can execute, managing briefing → build → deploy → measure. Ensure attribution models (multi-touch, lead-source logic) are accurate and consistent in SFDC.
- KPIs & Reporting: Define and maintain source-of-truth metrics for TOFU, MOFU, and sales handoff, aligning with BI on dashboards and data models. Ensure KPIs are relevant, consistent, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as operational counterpart to the VP of Marketing and primary liaison to RevOps and Sales. Proactively contribute to campaign planning, growth tests, and budget decisions as a marketing performance advisor.
What You Bring
You’ve spent the last 3–5 years honing your craft in Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company, turning complex processes into smooth, scalable systems. You know your way around a MAP - whether it’s Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo. You navigate Salesforce campaign objects, attribution models, and funnel definitions with ease, ensuring data is accurate and insights are meaningful. You’ve built and scaled inbound lead funnels hand-in-hand with SDR and AE teams, and you understand exactly what keeps the pipeline healthy. You speak the language of metrics (MQL > SAL > SQL) but care most about what truly drives pipeline impact, not just volume. You think in systems - how workflows, data, and people connect to make marketing perform at its best. You excel at bringing Sales, RevOps, and BI together, keeping everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
