Full-Time Marketing Operations Manager

TrustedHousesitters is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace redefining pet care and travel.

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and operational excellence to a fast-paced, high-output marketing team.

This individual contributor will focus on driving the end-to-end delivery of marketing work, with a particular emphasis on creative production, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a role for someone who loves turning chaos into clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day orchestration of creative assets and campaign delivery across marketing channels.
• Manage licensing of assets, ensuring permissions.
• Run a high-velocity creative pipeline, focusing on video and UGC formats.
• Facilitate campaign delivery across acquisition, product marketing, and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain project boards, calendars, and tracking tools (Jira).
• Create structure around briefs, approvals, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage multiple work-streams and shifting priorities.
• Lead high-visibility or complex initiatives.
• Adapt to feedback to improve processes, efficiency, or quality.
• Work closely with the Head of Product Operations.
• Help evolve marketing collaboration with product.
• Contribute to the design and roll-out of better ways of working.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in creative ops, marketing ops, or project management.
• Deep understanding of marketing creative development.
• Expert-level project management and Jira fluency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong operational instincts.
• High standards for creative delivery.
• Experience working with Agile frameworks.

Salary Range: £45k-£65k
