We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and operational excellence to a fast-paced, high-output marketing team.
This individual contributor will focus on driving the end-to-end delivery of marketing work, with a particular emphasis on creative production, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a role for someone who loves turning chaos into clarity.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day orchestration of creative assets and campaign delivery across marketing channels.
- Manage licensing of assets, ensuring permissions.
- Run a high-velocity creative pipeline, focusing on video and UGC formats.
- Facilitate campaign delivery across acquisition, product marketing, and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain project boards, calendars, and tracking tools (Jira).
- Create structure around briefs, approvals, timelines, and dependencies.
- Manage multiple work-streams and shifting priorities.
- Lead high-visibility or complex initiatives.
- Adapt to feedback to improve processes, efficiency, or quality.
- Work closely with the Head of Product Operations.
- Help evolve marketing collaboration with product.
- Contribute to the design and roll-out of better ways of working.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in creative ops, marketing ops, or project management.
- Deep understanding of marketing creative development.
- Expert-level project management and Jira fluency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong operational instincts.
- High standards for creative delivery.
- Experience working with Agile frameworks.
Salary Range: £45k-£65k
